just like a swan... calm & peaceful upon the lake; yet speedy & ambitious underneath..

Today my father realized that "paying for education" is a vicious circle for him. Daughter #1 graduates and #2 starts college and #2 graduates and suddenly #1 decides going "back to school"... At least I didnt mention that #2 already start making plans for post-grad. It's better for his health not to know about it right now :)

I am soooooo lucky to have my parents who get excited with my excitement...

I am like a little girl, standing in front of a door.. curios to death to see what lays behind.. but afraid to open it and leave the safe room for the unknown place.. Tempted with curiosity and moving forward I grab the door hanger and inch open the door. Suddenly my parents are behind me, tapping my shoulder to say "dont be afraid, go ahead, we are right here, just behind you for whatever you face there"

and suddenly I realize that the feeling of my parents standing behind me worths everything.. Whatever lays behind that door, the aim of my curiosity was to make me realize how lucky I am to be their daughter...
